PIG ROAST for Wounded Veterans at Walter Reed

Pastor Deb Michaels' church and several other churches in Ohio are planning a Pig Roast on October 14th, where they will serve meals to wounded veterans at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. and are accepting donations for the event.  Checks can be made out to Pleasant Valley Lutheran Church for "Wounded Soldiers Mission 2008".  For more information contact Deb Michaels at (440) 230-1815 or email at revdeb51@yahoo.com, or Gerald Fry at (419) 886-3312.  The churches are accepting donations of patriotic items to give as gifts to patients and their children at the event.  Anyone wishing to help in this cause please contact the above individuals.
