Results of the elections and volunteers to fill Squadron positions have resulted in the Officers listed above being responsible for handling matters of Squadron 797.  The Legion Post Finance Officer has offered to handle finances for the Squadron until a Finance Officer is located, and we are open for volunteers to fill the remaining Squadron officer positions.  Please direct all correspondence to the Post Adjutant thru P.O. Box 30843, Bahanna, OH 43230. 

Eligibility: All male descendants, adopted sons and stepsons of members of the American Legion, and such male descendants of veterans who died in service during World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War, Lebanon, Granada, Panama, and the Persian Gulf War, during the delimiting periods set forth in Article IV, Section 1, of the National Constitution.

Membership Costs: Annual membership is $20.00. If you are a member of the Legion, SAL membership is $10.00. Junior membership (under 18 years of age) is $10.00. Application forms are available from any member of the SAL.

 Post 797 will strive to continue carrying out the projects initiated by Squadron 797 unless the membership desires any changes in that arrangement.  One feature that you have not had in the past is paying your dues via Paypal.  On the support page you can go to the bottom and click on the DONATE button and pay your dues that way.  It will cost you an extra $1.20 to do so though, as Paypal does charge for that.  You do not need a Paypal account to pay that way either.  You can also make donations that way.  Just complete the form to say exactly what the money is for.  The same for your dues payments., so they are credited correctly.  PLEASE KEEP ME INFORMED OF ADDRESS OR PHONE # CHANGES SO THEY CAN BE CORRECTED AT DEPARTMENT.
